Relocations is an installation that considers how movement, memory, and place imprint on one another without settling into a single narrative. The work stages migration abstractly not as a linear journey but as an ongoing negotiation between presence and absence, attachment and drift. Surfaces and forms are arranged to evoke shifting relations, between those who move, what is left behind, and what emerges in the in-between. Rather than depicting destinations, the piece gestures toward the spaces that accumulate trace, tension, and resonance. It reflects on how identities are remapped through motion, how meanings shift with context, and how relocation, whether physical, cultural, or psychological—reshapes what we carry forward and what quietly dissolves along the way.
